Metabolic testing takes the guess-work out of individualizing your training.
Passive test with metabolic analysis obtaining direct measurements of breathing frequency, volume, VO2, and VCO2.
This allows us to identify:
  1. Basal Metabolic Rate
  2. Carbohydrate burn at rest
  3. Fat burn at rest
  4. Slow vs Fast Metabolism
  5. Total daily calories burned
  6. Energy (calorie) recommendations for Maintenance, Weight loss, or specialized needs
  7. Basal energy requisites for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  8. General energy (calories) required for moderate exercise session

Usually best to perform in conjunction with a VO2max Fitness test and/or Metabolic efficiency test.
