- Pipeline program to seamlessly tie Front Rangers/NICA to development teams (Local, regional, national)

- Selection to happen fall 2020

- Team fee $800 due upon selection and includes;
- 4mth intensive coach-led weekly team practices March 17th 2021- July 14th 2021
- seasons coincides with Spring time change ending with USAC mtb national champs
- High-quality professional coaches at all practices
- Training plan included with the selection
- Special Devo kit ordered upon selection
- Access to team partner/sponsor (as developed)
- Referral & recognition to national level program (notably Bear Devo)
- **If 2021 incurs COVID 19 restrictions on group size; cancelation of selection/team may occur to adhere to county guidelines
